The property features a year-round outdoor pool and free WiFi throughout. Each villa includes a seating area with a flat-screen TV, a kitchen with an oven, toaster, refrigerator, and coffee machine, and a private bathroom with shower and free toiletries. The complex provides daily housekeeping, luggage storage, and safety deposit boxes. Guests have access to laundry and dry cleaning services. The location places Seminyak Square Shopping Mall 700 metres away and Ku De Ta 800 metres away, with Bali Denpasar International Airport 11 km from the property. The staff at Kamil Villas are available via WhatsApp for requests and provide private check-in/check-out. Additional amenities include a sun terrace, outdoor furniture, and free parking.

Staff are highly responsive via WhatsApp and provide personalized service, including late check-in arrangements and airport pickup.

Villa interiors are spacious with large smart TVs, comfortable beds, and a fully equipped kitchen including a water dispenser with hot and cold water.

The location on a quiet lane is within a 5-10 minute walk to numerous restaurants, shops, and the beach, with a Circle K convenience store just steps away.

The private gym features high-quality equipment and is available exclusively for guests.

The outdoor bathroom is semi-open, which may reduce privacy for some guests.

The narrow alley location can make it challenging for ride-hailing drivers to find the villa on arrival.
