Perched on Veliko Brdo hill, Villa Matic offers panoramic views of the Adriatic Sea, the islands of Brač and Hvar, and Makarska's coastline. The newly built, 200 m² villa accommodates up to 10 guests across two separate units: a ground and first-floor unit for six, and a second-floor apartment for four. The ground floor includes a living-dining area, fully equipped kitchen, fitness room, sauna, shower, and laundry facilities. Three air-conditioned bedrooms with balconies (two with sea views) occupy the first floor, each featuring SMART TVs, Wi-Fi, safes, and en-suite bathrooms. The second-floor apartment has its own entrance, kitchen, living space, and a large sea-view balcony. Outside, a 40 m² pool, sunbathing loungers, and ambient lighting create a private retreat. Guests can arrange transfers through Villa Matic.
