Arkaroola Wilderness Sanctuary

Arkaroola Wilderness Sanctuary offers lodge-style accommodations with en-suite bathrooms and mountain views in the northern Flinders Ranges. Three lodging options include Mawson Lodge (20 suites), Callitris Lodge (10 motel-style rooms), and budget-friendly Villas (19 suites). The property features the Native Pine licensed restaurant serving à la carte dinners and a Sunday roast, while basic snacks are available at the shop. Activities include scenic flights over Mt Gee and Lake Frome, guided 4WD Ridgetop Tours through ancient geological formations, and astronomy experiences at two on-site observatories.
